Changing Netbook Resolution 1024 x 768 Pixels Being

Here are the steps you should do :

Open Regedit through the Run menu ( or use Win + R on your keyboard simultaneously , then type regedit [ enter] )

Find the following Registry Key :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / Control / Class / { 4D36E968 - E325 - 11CE - BFC1 - 08002BE10318 } / 0000

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / Control / Class / { 4D36E968 - E325 - 11CE - BFC1 - 08002BE10318 } / 0001

Find the following key Display1_DownScalingSupported in the menu you have open above .

Change the DWORD value to 1 the previous default value 0

You restart Windows , then the Screen Resolution settings , change your liking .

Note :

Display1_DownScalingSupported not always exist on each of the windows , if you do not find yourself please make the right click menu select DWORD registry ( adjust to your windows 32-bit/64-bit ) , replace it with the name Display1_DownScalingSupported then fill with a value of 1 .

There are many Key { 4D36E968 - E325 - 11CE - BFC1 - 08002BE10318 } in Class , make sure you find the Key with only 3 folders ( 0000 , 0001 and Properties ) and you can just search for the folder Display1_DownScalingSupported 0000 and 0001
